Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the linens are in unused, unwashed condition.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
